DiCarlo’s is a proud importer and distributor of Mont La Salle Wines. The largest and oldest continuing producer of Altar Wines in North America, making wines since 1882.
With over 15 wine types to choose from, Mont La Salle is the critical acclaimed leader for your Sacramental Wine needs. Produced in California in the mountains high above the Napa Valley floor, Mont La Salle Wines are made in strict accordance with Canon Law.
All of our Sacramental Wines are stocked in our warehouse and are ready for pick-up or delivery. Available in a 750ml tamper-proof re-sealable screw cap bottle or for maximum economy a 3 Ltr. Jug.

Sweet Wines
(18% alcohol by volume)
Angelica
Extremely popular, light gold in colour, very fruity and flavourful.
La Salle Special
A golden-coloured wine that is sweet, rich and mellow.
Muscatel
A golden-coloured sweet wine that is distinct and flavourful (3L only).
Port
Ruby-red in colour, naturally sweet with a rich bouquet.
Tokay
Amber in colour, medium sweet, very soft flavour.
St. Benedict
Classic cream sherry, brilliant straw-gold in colour, remarkably smooth and mellow (750 ml only).
 
Light Sweet Wines
(12% alcohol by volume)
Chateau des Freres
Pale-gold in colour, rich and fruity bouquet, very popular (750 ml only).
St. Paul
A light, sweet, red wine. Garnet red in color.
Rosato
Very sweet and fruity with a rich mellow flavour. Very popular.
Dry Wines
(12% alcohol by volume)
Chablis
A light, medium dry wine, very fresh and fruity (750 ml only).
Rosé
A popular rose-coloured wine with a light and delicate fragrance, and just a touch of natural sweetness.
Haut Sauterne
A soft, golden wine, rich with natural grape flavours.
Burgundy
A full-bodied, medium dry, red wine with a rich, pleasing taste (750 ml only).
Pink Delaware
Noted for its distinctive flavour and taste. A soft, brilliant pink colour at 12% alcohol. After Catawba, it is the second-most popular red-fruited hybrid grape found in the Eastern seaboard (750 ml only).
Concord
Made from carefully-selected Concord grapes from traditional Concord vineyards found in the United States. Medium-sweet with 12% alcohol. Medium body with a full flavour that is a very fruity well-made pleasant altar wine (750 ml only).
Non-Alcohol Altar Wine
"Mustum" Grape Juice
Alcohol-free, 100% natural, made from concord grapes and displays a rich ruby red colour. No sugar added. Endorsed by the National Clergy Council on Alcoholism (750 ml only).
